BEADING WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS (4-10 students per class)
Introduction to Beading $35 - one strand of semi-precious stones and materials included – tools provided. In this course you will learn to use beading boards to design and string a necklace. You will create a beautiful piece of jewelry by using Softflex, crimp beads and a clasp to give your work a professional finish.
Advanced Beading $35 + $15 materials fee – tools provided. More in depth than the Intro class. Advanced techniques and fine finishes. Let your creativity flow in this class. Materials fee $15: 2-3 strands of beads, 1 clasp for single or double strand, Softflex stringing wire, crimp beads. By private arrangement.
Ins and Outs of Knotting - $35 + $10 materials fee - tools provided. Master this taditional and versatile technique that can be used with everything from crystals to pearls.
WIRE WORKSHOP DESCRIPTIONS (4–10 students per class)
Beginning Wire Wrap - The Basics $35 + $10 materials fee – tools provided. Dangles and Pendants! Learn the basics of wire wrapping. Learn to make dangles to hang on earrings, chains and necklaces.
Advanced Wrap & Caging $45 + $15 materials fee – tools provided. Take your imagination a step further. Design and create intricate cages for a stone or cabochon using sterling square wire.
METAL & GLASS WORKSHOPS (4-8 students per class)
BASIC SOLDERING 101 - HOW TO GET UNSCARED OF THE TORCH - $55 + $10 sterling silver fee. This class teaches the student the most basic and important aspects of silversmithing. You will further develop your jewelry making skill and confidence while you learn how to safely use the jewelers’ torch by using standard silver soldering techniques in this informative, hands on workshop. Tools: Provided
BEZEL SETTING - $65 + $25 - You will learn how to make a sterling silver bezel and set a stone as you further your jewelry making skill and confidence. You'll use a saw, cut a backplate, make a bail and use bezel wire and ccreate a bezel-set pendant using the Smith Little Torch and standard silver soldering techniques. Tools: Provided
BASIC ENAMELING - $45 + $10 A perfect introduction to the art of enameling, A basic class for the beginner, you’ll learn about metal preparation and fabrication for enameling, kiln properties and methods for firing, properties of enamel, and dry and wet application techniques. Tools: Provided
NO FIRE NECESSARY $55 + $10 - Design and create a fantastic pendant with your own texture, dimension and pattern, using a variety of our hand and power tools.

FUSED GLASS Pendant Designs $55 + $15 materials fee. Project: One-of-a-kind pendants! Learn how to make fun, one-of-a-kind fused glass pendants with an assortment of unique dichroic and colorful glass. Different colors will be achieved by varying the thickness and shape of the glass you use. Your jewelry is placed in the kiln, heated to 1,500°, which fuses the glass together. You’ll create finished pieces to be proud of! Tools: Provided
